We can see some medical institutions around us such as: clinic, hospital, and health food centre. Through all its medical institutions, some of them have endeavored to offer a continuing education program in diet, cookery, and nutrition. Actually we are able to do the programs. To implement a specific program around our areas, to conduct nutrition and cooking schools in major institutions, with the objective of preparing competent instructors in some villages to teach the basic principles of good nutrition and to avoid the extremes of faddists. Currently many different forms of vegetarian cooking classes are being conducted for the public.
Other programs of health outreach that we are able to do is include home nursing classes, stressing simple home treatments, first-aid classes, weight control, physical fitness, dietary control of heart disease, stress management, and other classes and seminars designed to meet people’s felt needs. Materials for use in such programs must be available through the website.
Those kinds of the health programs will be helpful for other and for us. Many people couldn’t find the way to have a health program because of the limited information, limited time and a little opportunity to join that program. But when we prepare this program, it will be easier to be joined and actually, following the health program is not difficult and desirable. Healthier life for you and others!
