The tests are 99.99% accurate… when women are pregnant, they don't have periods… so there is your answer. BTW, burning when peeing is NOT a symptom of pregnancy. I've actually never heard of anyone having burning-while-peeing as a clue they are pregnant.

It sounds EXACTLY like either UTI or an STD:

Urinary Tract Infections make you burn when you pee (that is the #1 symptom), and make you feel sick (it is an infection with regular bacteria, similar to what happens when you have a cut that gets dirty, and gets infected).

Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, and other STDs also make you burn when you pee, and make you feel sick. The #1 symptom for Gonorrhea is burning-while-peeing. STDs are Sexually Transmitted Diseases that are caused by specific types of viruses or bacteria, that transmit from person-to-person through sex.

What I would do in your situation is:
1. GO TO PLANNED PARENTHOOD. http://www.plannedparenthood.org/ They can do pregnancy testing, STD testing, or diagnose UTI. And, it is much cheaper than a regular Dr visit. They can also put your girlfriend on birthcontrol, and give you condoms.
2. If it is an STD, you need to both get treatment and NOT have sex again until you are both fully treated. Otherwise you can keep re-infecting each other.
3. And then, for godsakes USE A CONDOM EVERY SINGLE TIME from now on.

I'm guessing your girlfriend either has a urinary tract infection (which means you need to wash your penis better to remove bacteria before you put it in her — you are the most likely cause if she has UTI), or she has the Clap.

Sorry to give good & bad news together, but I'm just giving you the straight up truthful answer.

I know you probably like your penis a lot (most guys do) and don't want it to rot off your body from an STD… so PLEASE, start using condoms, and never stop until you are married and want to make a child.

PEACE, and good luck, brother!

You're only 50% effaced. When you're closer to 80%, then you should worry about having a premature baby. After an exam, you will bleed a little. There's nothing to worry about. When you start losing your mucus plug (a long stringy mucus with blood attached), you'll know that the baby will come soon. The mucus plug is what's holding the water inside of you. You'll need to be 10cm dialated before your baby will come out. You could be at 1cm for a while. Your baby will let you know when she's ready to come out. To prevent dialating more, you would probably want to lie on the bed or sofa. Walking will increase the dialation. You need this rest to prepare for labor.

It sounds like you are way more likely to die of a panic attack than your baby is to die of SIDS. Seriously you are doing everything right on! Don't worry so much, if anything god forbid ever did happen it certainly would not be because of any issue you neglected to attend to. You are a wonderful mother. The best way to ensure your baby is the right temperature when he doesn't have a fever: dress him exactly how you would be comfortable dressing given the air temp and then add ONE layer. Babies have short sleep apneas and breath heavily and he will be just fine without the binki if he doesn't want it.

sorry, but you need to take it to the vet. there is a possibility that she has dead kittens stuck inside. it is rare that she would only produce one and that would cause the milk issue.

try not to worry. i know its tough not to but you have to try. sometimes worrying can change the way you think and you can trick yourself into being pregnant or having a miscarriage. im 23 years old and i had a miscarriage without knowing it. i just thought i was having super bad cramps with lots of blood clots, until i explained it to my doctor a week later. it hurt not knowing i was pregnant and not knowing at the time i had a miscarriage but you just gotta get back on that horse stay positive and say maybe it just wasnt meant to be. i know its hard but honestly try not to worry about it. (i saw an episode on HOUSE about how your mind can make you believe things and house said if you think your sick your gonna get sick and if you think your gonna get a rash your gonna get one. try it, i did and your mind does trick you) well i hope this helped and if you need someone to chit chat with let me know. -Kimmi

Its possible that its ectopic but its more liking to not be. My first 2 months were filled with very very sharp pain. I tore up the roof of my mouth with my tongue ring I was in that much pain. Unless you start to spot or bleed you should be fine. For me, at 7 weeks the ultrasound showed the baby was fine, with plenty of fluid and a good yolk sac. Trust your doctors/nurse, since you have a history of an ectopic they are going to be more cautious then normal.

Congratulation!
