My first 2 months were filled with very very sharp pain. I tore up the roof of my mouth with my tongue ring I was in that much pain. Unless you start to spot or bleed you should be fine. For me, at 7 weeks the ultrasound showed the baby was fine, with plenty of fluid and a good yolk sac. Trust your doctors/nurse, since you have a history of an ectopic they are going to be more cautious then normal. Congratulation! Its possible that its ectopic but its more liking to not be.
